An easy-to-operate automatic maki machine for square-shaped rolls. It spreads the rice and rolls it for you, up to 400 rolls per hour. It's made for classic nori-outside rolls in small, medium/California and large sizes, and it can also work as a rice sheet machine. It suits restaurants, supermarkets and commissaries.
