Panasonic's newest commercial IH rice cooker, with a large 5.4 L (30-cup) capacity. Panasonic has appointed Suzumo to sell this large-capacity cooker, and it pairs with the Ricemini washer and Sharikka mixer to form a complete sushi rice line.
New "Tumbling Cooking" (odori-daki) switches the side and bottom IH coils at the right moments, creating alternating convection that tumbles the rice. Every grain heats evenly, so anyone can cook consistently good rice. IH also keeps the kitchen cooler and safer than gas.
